To make full use of our service and to purchase and watch all of our content, you need the following:

Windows computer users

What you will need to run the Road Runner Media Manager:

A PC running Windows XP or Windows Vista
For Standard-Definition content: A PC with a 1.5-gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor, at least 256MB of memory, and a DirectX 9.0 compliant video card with at least 64MB of memory
For High-Definition (HD) content: A PC with a 2.4-gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor, at least 1GB of memory, and a DirectX 9.0 compliant video card with at least 64MB of memory
Adobe Air ™, version 1.0 or greater
A 300Kbps or faster Internet connection: we recommend a cable or DSL connection
Windows Media Player 10 or higher with individualization

NOTE: We do not support any older versions of Windows Media Player or Internet Explorer. If you have a previous version, you need to upgrade before installing the Road Runner Media Manager.

Mac and Linux computer users

Browsers we support:

Firefox 2.0 and higher
Safari 3.0 and higher

NOTE: Mac and Linux computers can browse the store and make purchases, but you will need to have a Windows PC to download and watch your purchases.
